Scott Meyers is one of the world’s foremost authorities on C++. He wrote the best-selling Effective C++ series (Effective C++, More Effective C++, and Effective STL). He has a Ph.D in Computer Science from Brown University. He expects his newest book, Effective Modern C++, to be published shortly before the conference.

Everything you ever wanted to ask to one of the authors of the Agile Manifesto! For over an hour, pose your questions on the origin of the manifesto, agile development, use cases and user stories etc, or what it is like to travel around the world without a home.

Alistair, visiting Tallinn for just 2 days, will choose from your questions and deliver a lively and interactive talk. Dr. Alistair Cockburn, (pronounced Co-burn, Scottish way), one of the original creators of the Manifesto for Agile Software Development, was voted one of the “The All-Time Top 150 i-Technology Heroes” for his pioneering work on agile software development and use cases.

An internationally renowned IT strategist and author of the Jolt award-winning books “Agile Software Development” and “Writing Effective Use Cases”, he is an expert on agile development, use cases, process design, project management, and object-oriented design. In 2001 he co-authored the Agile Manifesto, in 2003 he created the Agile Development Conference, in 2005 he co-founded the Agile Project Leadership Network, in 2010 he co-founded the International Consortium for Agile. We had very interesting night at TransferWise on Thursday. The talks and discussions took place in the Hall Moelava (which means Fashon Stage :). Only thing what was missing the catwalk, otherwise it was perfect. Thank you TransferWise team for hosting the event. The night ended at TransferWise office with wine and snacks + tour by Alvar Lumberg.

We had the biggest number on registered people and also attendees so far. And lot of very positive feedback from people. This event was remarkable also because it was live streamed over the world – we had audience in Europe and US.
